唔係wor, 好似唔駛單gar, 你一定係俾左$, 佢先幫你整gar la~& 佢個網址話: 申請人請按指定時間帶同回執卡及舊證和身份證等證件, 代替他人取證的，須出示申請人的回執卡、載有相片的身份證明文件（或影印本）以及取證人的身份證，提交該取證資料的影印本一份（須A4紙復印）。(冇話要單wor!!, 佢真係問你攞, 你都可以同佢拗!! =P)http://www.ctshk.com/passport/apply.jsp *取證方法*

is tht the receipt to take back the card? o............i can tell u i hv the same exp half a yr ago at North Point Branch.........i hv to pay money (should be HK100) to get the card again law.........go again on another day gar..........haaaaaaaaaaa.............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

只係要俾番張舊證同身份證明文件, 就得啦喎...
